Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training Workshops
LivingWorks ASIST is a two-day, in-person workshop that teaches participants how to provide suicide first aid.
Trusted by professionals and approved by the World Health Organization, ASIST empowers people to recognize when someone may be at risk of suicide and to intervene with a collaborative, personalised safety plan.
Suicide Prevention Awareness Workshops
safeTALK is a 4-hour face-to-face workshop that equips participants to recognize when someone may be thinking about suicide and connect them to life-saving support.
It’s practical, evidence-based, and designed for anyone aged 15+.
Domestic and Family Violence - Lessons In Disaster
Designed to strengthen the capacity of health, community and emergency sectors to challenge harmful gender stereo-types and inequalities, and understand their relevance in a disaster context.
Lessons In Disaster includes sessions on harmful gender stereotypes in disaster, family violence, men’s self-harm and suicide, and LGBTIQA+ inclusion.

Life Patch Consulting is a small business specialising in best practice suicide prevention and intervention training and research based domestic and family violence awareness training.
Our small team of expert trainers and facilitators cater for a wide variety of clients across Victoria and interstate.
We can tailor and deliver training packages to your requirements, including ASIST and safeTALK from LivingWorks and Lessons in Disaster from Gender and Disaster Australia (GADAus).
